The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioners are awardees of "Adarsh Shikshak Puraskar", additional one increment though entitled to is not been given. No cognizance is also taken by the respondents of the same. The respondents be directed to give benefit of one advance increment on the basis of the order of the Chief Executive Officer. 2.
Mr. Desale, the learned advocate for the respondents submits that in case the petitioners approach the C.E.O. and file applications, the same would be scrutinized and the decision would be taken accordingly. 3.
The petitioners may apply to the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5. On
( 7 ) receiving the applications, the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 / competent authority shall scrutinize the said applications after considering the order of C.E.O. and Circular dated 12.12.2000 and all other relevant Circulars/GR and thereafter take decision upon the applications within a period of four
(04) months from the date of receipt of applications. 4.
In case, after the decision the petitioners are found entitled to the advance increment as claimed by them then benefit shall be accorded to the petitioners in tune with the decision expeditiously and preferably within six
(06) months.
