Te learned counsel for the respondent No.6, by placing reliance on the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosingh Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, reported in (2016) 2 SCC 213, states that the petitioner has remedy of second revision. Te learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of this submission, states that he will approach the concerned authority and seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

Keeping all contentions of the parties on merits open, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
