CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1703 OF 2015 WITH C.A. NO. 1697 OF 2014 IN FAST NO. 33835 OF 2014 WITH C.A. NO. 1700 OF 2014 IN FAST NO. 33844 OF 2014 Heard Mr. Gaikwad, learned advocate for the applicant. He submits that the learned Reference Court has granted enhancement on the basis of award in previous land acquisition reference, however the same is challenged and first appeal is already admitted against said award.

Considering the challenge in the present appeals, presently, interim stay to the execution of the impugned award is hereby granted upon deposit of 50% of the awarded amount along with up to date proportionate interest, in this Court, within a period of twelve weeks from today.
