We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted the caste certifcate along with the order passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee in the concerned police station. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions in writing, submits that investigating offcer is going to fle supplementary charge sheet under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C.
