1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 0563/2024 dated 29.09.2024 registered with Omerga Police Station, Tal. Omerga, District Dharashiv for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 115(2), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 351(3) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3] This Court by order dated 31.10.2024 granted interim protection to applicant Nos. 1 and 4 namely Ravi @ Balu Gahinath Chavan and Sarang Sadashiv Salunke. I am informed that Prashant @ Gotya Gahinath Chavan has been arrested and the present application has become infructuous

as regards Applicant No.5-Prashant.

4] The learned APP has produced medical injury certificate. It is stated in the certificate that there is one grievous injury on the informant-Amar. There is one serious grievous injury on the right leg and two simple injuries on the informant. The right leg's grievous injury is attributed to Prashant as he has hit the right leg with iron rod. The other injuries being simple in nature and there is no role of assault attributed to Ravi and Prashant. As regards Satish, he was holding a sword but did not use it and as regards Vaibhav, he used stick. However, there are no corresponding serious injuries on the informant. 5] Considering the same, Interim Protection granted to applicant Nos. 1 and 4 namely Ravi and Sarang by order dated 31.10.2024 is confirmed. Applicant No.2-Satish and Applicant No.

3-Vaibhav are also granted Interim Protection. The application is allowed in the following terms : i] In the event the applicant No. 1 to 4 are arrested in connection with Crime No. 0563/2024 dated 29.09.2024 registered with Omerga Police Station, Tal.

released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs. 15,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. ii] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

iii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iv] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

6] In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

7] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

8] The application stands disposed of.
