We have heard Mr. Irale Patil, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ghute, the learned Counsel for the respondent No. 3. The petitioner seeks accommodation on the basis of the couple convenience.

The petitioner may approach the Divisional Commissioner. The Divisional Commissioner shall consider the case of the petitioner and decide the representation of the petitioner within 30 days from the date of application. The petitioner is entitled to produce the judgments on which
