DATE : JANUARY 04, 2024 ORDER :- This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal for enhancement of compensation in Land Acquisition Proceedings. Delay is of 147 days.

For the reasons stated in the application, we are inclined to condone the delay. Hence, the following order:- (i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Delay of 147 days is condoned.

(iii) The applicant/appellant shall not be entitled for interest for the delayed period.
