On the last date we had asked learned A.G.P. to take instructions for the payment of rental compensation. Today, Smt. Deshpande, the learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that a demand has already been made to the State Government.

Considering the fact that the order is already passed against the respondents for payment of rental compensation to the petitioners and according to the learned A.G.P. a demand is already made, the respondents shall pay the amount of rental compensation to the petitioners as per the order, preferably within four months.
