The Petitioner has tendered his objections vide communication dated 3rd October, 2023 to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmenagar. The Provisional Seniority List is yet to be finalized.

Since Shri Aghav, is Standing Counsel for Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, we requested him to cause his appearance in the matter.

We deem it appropriate to direct the Zilla Parishad to consider representations / objections of the Petitioner set out in

{2} wp13342-23.doc the communication dated 3rd October, 2023, while finalizing the seniority list. If the grievance of the Petitioner is not redressed even thereafter, he would be at liberty to avail of the remedy as is permissible in law.

With aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
