The present writ petition takes exception to order dated 10.08.2022 passed by the District Superintendent of Land Record, Ahmednagar, thereby condoning the delay and admitting Appeal No.2028/2020 and also order dated 28.06.2023 passed by the Deputy Director of Land Record, Nashik Division, thereby refusing to entertain Revision against the order of District Superintendent of Land Record, Ahmednagar.

Mr. Andhale, learned Advocate appearing for the respondents informs that proceeding filed before District Superintendent of Land Record is finally disposed and petitioner has preferred Appeal before Deputy Director of Land Record against that order. In that view of the matter, present writ petition would not survive.

Mr. Gawali, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no difficulty if writ petition is disposed of, however, his challenge to the delay condonation shall be kept open,

In that view of the matter, Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
