The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied for appointment on compassionate ground with the Zilla Parishad, Nanded. The petitioner was directed to submit certain documents. The petitioner has cleared the deficiencies and has submitted all the documents. 2.

Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel appears for Zilla Parishad, Nanded. 3.

In case, the petitioner has complied with the requirements as sought under letter 09.01.2019 (page no. 23), then the Chief Executive Officer, Nanded shall take decision upon the application of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground, on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
