Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the

2 13471.2018.CA.doc satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (ii) Balance 25% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank initially for the period of two years and if so required, for further period till disposal of the appeal.

(iii) Civil Application Nos.13471 of 2018 & 13545 of 2018 stand disposed of.
