When the present petition is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner tendered across the bar certain documents which contain (1) Memo of Additional Affidavit of Petitioner (2) Copy of the H.M.P. No.699 of 2018 and judgment and order dated 08.01.2019 and (3) Copy of one notorised document. The documents so placed on record are collectively marked as Exh.'X'. It is informed that the decree of divorce by mutual consent is passed and as such the present petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the parties has therefore prayed for disposing of the present petition because of the subsequent development. Hence the following order.

Petition stands disposed of being infructuous. 2.
The amount of maintenance deposited in the present petition by the petitioner is permitted to be withdrawn by the present respondent.
