Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the respondents had filed execution proceeding in connection with the order impugned and the said proceeding is already dismissed. Application for restoration of the same also came to be dismissed on 04.12.2021. Thus, it is his contention that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file the petition, if need arises.

Learned counsel for respondents is unable to make any statement for want of instructions. Respondent to make statement accordingly on 09.09.2025.
