Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicantpetitioner Trust is facing financial constraints and also submitted a proposal to the financial institution for raising funds. Learned counsel seeks three months' time to deposit the amount of back wages, as directed by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 has strongly resisted the application.

However, considering the financial constraints faced by the applicant-petitioner trust, as a last chance, four weeks' time is granted to deposit the amount of back wages, as directed by this Court. Civil application is disposed of.
