This application is filed for correcting name of applicant No. 2 which is wrongly spelled as Sannu instead of Shanno. It is stated that, though in the learned Trial Court name was given as Sannu it was only a typographical mistake. The applicants realized the said mistake very recently. The apprehension of the applicants is that, in case of withdrawal of the amount, the applicant No. 2 may face difficulties because of the name and therefore, prayer is made. The applicant No's. 2 Adhar Card is produced on record. There is no dispute about the name and identity of applicant No. 2.

Considering that, it is only a typographical mistake, the civil application is allowed. Correction be carried out by the appellants in the appeal memo.
