Here is an application for regular bail in Crime No. I-148/2015 registered at Vaijapur police station, Taluka Vaijapur, district Aurangabad for the offences punishable u/ss 305,306,354 (D) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/ss 11 (4), 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.
Heard Mr. N.P.Bangar, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. G.O.Wattamwar, learned A.P.P. for Respondent - State. Perused case papers.

Mohan Martand Ugale is the first informant.
2 Cr.Apln. 6242.2015.odt On 29/08/2015 he lodged report with police station alleging therein that his niece Sonali Ramesh Ugale aged 17 years was studying in 10th standard. On 27/08/2015 when he had been to his relative to attend some programme he received a phone call that Sonali had consumed poison. He rushed to the spot and saw Sonali moaning on the ground. Her mouth was smelling of foul odor. They shifted Sonali to the hospital. On the way Sonali disclosed to them that applicant used to tease her, she was fade up with the misbehaviour of applicant and so she committed suicide.

During investigation statements of relatives have been recorded. They stated about disclosure made by Sonali to them. The independent witnesses who are teachers and students have not supported the story of illtreatment alleged by the complainant.

Applicant 19 years old boy is student of 10th standard. He is permanent resident of Karanjgaon, Taluka Vaijapur, district Aurangabad. There is no likelihood of his fleeing from justice. He is in custody since 29/08/2015.

Considering the nature of offences, manner of incident and role attributed to applicant, this court finds it fit to release the applicant on bail. Hence, the following order.

ORDER
(i) Criminal Application No. 6242 of 2015 is allowed.
(ii) Applicant Ramesh s/o Prakash Gorade is released on bail in Crime No. I-148/2015 registered at Vaijapur police station, Taluka Vaijapur, district Aurangabad for the offences punishable u/ss 305,306,354 (D) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/ss 11 (4), 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 on furnishing P.R. and S.B.of ` 15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand] each.
(iii) Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall make himself available as and when required.
(iv) Bail before the trial Court.
