In view of the fact that other proceedings are already pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate F.C., at Jalgaon, i.e. preferred u/s. 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the applicant since is custodian of minor daughter, in my opinion, the application needs to be allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". Hence application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "A.
