This is an application filed by the intervenor seeking impleadment on the ground that they are the petitioners in PIL / 91 / 2021 which was allowed on 06-05-2022 against the order of which the present petitoner had approached the Supreme Court but the SLP is stated to have been dismissed.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the application, we allow the application and permit the applicant to be impleaded in the array of the respondents. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
