The affidavit is filed by respondent No.4 stating therein that on 4th April, 2017, the petitioner has been reinstated as Head Master at Government Ashram School, Sarkhani Taluka Kinwat, District Nanded. In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the petition, does not subsist.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by any further action, he is at liberty to assail the same as permissible in law. As far as the grievance raised by the petitioner about non-payment of subsistence allowance is concerned, the petitioner may make

wp11217-2016 appropriate application before Appropriate Authority, which would be decided by the Authority concerned on its own merits.

The learned A.G.P. states that pursuant to the order of this Court, respondent No.4-The Project Officer and Additional District Collector and respondent No.5Head Master are present in the Court today. The statement is accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
