In application is filed for delay condonation in filing appeal by the State, heard both the sides. In view of the contentions made in the application and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. So, the delay condonation application is allowed. Delay is condoned. 2.

Notice in appeal. Learned counsel Shri. Rathod waives notice for original claimant. Shri. Rathod submits that claimant has also filed FA No. 881/2014. Office to list both the matters for admission purpose. List both the appeals for final disposal on 9.3.2016. Call record and proceeding in both the matters.
