These civil applications are filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Ramrao Laxman Padare, who died on 16th January 2022. There are delay of 174 and 184 days respectively, caused in filing the present civil applications.

For the reasons stated in the applications, applications are allowed.

( 3 ) Delay stands condoned.

Necessary amendment be carried in the cause title of First Appeal No.1151/2012 and First Appeal No. 1586/2015, within two weeks from today.

Civil applications stand disposed off.

CA/9962/2025 and CA/9964/2025 6.

These civil applications are filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Jagannath Nagorao Salunke, who died on 30th July 2024. The applications are filed within limitation. 7.

For the reasons stated in the applications, applications are allowed. Necessary amendment be carried in the cause title of First Appeal No.573/2012 and First Appeal No.1583/2015, within two weeks from today.
