1) The application is filed for stay to the execution of the judgment and award. Learned AGP submits that though the award came to be passed in the year 2001, Government has not deposited money for unavoidable reasons and circumstances. He submits that as per his information in execution proceeding order of attachment of the property of acquiring body is made.

2 CA 15508 of 2015 2) Other side counsel Shri. Rathod has strong objection. He submits that for 15 years the Government did not take steps and only when order is made in execution proceeding the State is saying that it will take steps. Amount of the award is around Rs. two crore. This amount is not big amount considering the amount which is spent by the State on other things. In the present matter the lands are acquired compulsory and farmers are waiting to get amount for around 15 years. By way of last chance six weeks time is given from today. The order of attachment is to be kept in abeyance for this period and after that the award is to be executed. In those terms the application is allowed and disposed of.
