The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that all benefits legally accruing to the respondent as per the Kalelkar Award, have already been paid and the impugned judgment of the Industrial Court dated 25/07/2017 delivered in Complaint (ULP) No.155/2013 has been implemented, except the amount of Rs.5,000/- which were costs imposed by the Court.

The learned Advocate for the respondent confirms the said statement and as a fair gesture, submits that the payment of costs may be waived.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off and the direction khs/Feb.2021/13366-d
