DATE : 14.02.2018 ORDER:

1] At the outset learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will extend all necessary co-operation to the respondents in preparation of the proposal, if the respondents have any query in relation to such proposal.

2] Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.5 and 6, on instructions, submits that keeping in view the relief claimed in terms of prayer clauses-B and C in the present Petition, respondent nos.5 and 6 will prepare comprehensive proposal in respect of pensionary benefits of the petitioner, and thereafter, such proposal will be submitted with the office of respondent no.4 within three weeks from today. In case such proposal is submitted within three weeks from today by respondent nos.5 and 6 with respondent

no.4, respondent no.4 shall take appropriate decision on the said proposal within two weeks, and if found viable, the said proposal be sent to the office of respondent no.2 for further consideration.

3] In case such proposal is received, respondent no.2 shall consider the said proposal and take it to the logical end including disbursement of the amount, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 12 weeks from receiving such proposal.

4] The entire exercise is to be done by respondent nos.2, 4, 5 and 6, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 19 weeks from today. Respondent nos.2 to 6, on enquiry by the petitioner about stage of the proposal, shall inform him about status of such proposal.

5] With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of.

6] Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.

7] List for compliance of the aforesaid order / directions under the caption 'for compliance' on 28th June, 2018.
