Manale submitted that in the order dated 6.3.2017, by mistake Civil Application No. 15806/2016 is tagged with First Appeal No. 2190/2016 and it has now shown to be disposed of when this proceeding is already disposed of on 27.2.2017. Learned counsel Shri. Koshti for applicants in aforesaid application is present and he admits that the said proceeding is already disposed of on 27.2.2017 by withdrawing the proceeding. Correction is to be made accordingly. The proceeding is disposed of.
