After hearing Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Bondar, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 to 5 we had disposed of Civil Application No. 3805 of 2018, filed in the present petition by giving reasons. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties.

In fact, relief claimed in the civil application was replica of the relief claimed in the writ petition.

For the reasons recorded while disposing of Civil Application No. 3805 of 2018, under order dated 23rd March, 2018, the present writ petition also stands disposed of. 5.

Needless to state, if fresh cause of action arises the petitioner has liberty to agitate afresh. No costs. 6.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application for intervention also stands disposed of.
