Mr. Wagh, learned counsel for applicants seeks leave to remove the office objections. Leave granted.

Mr. Wagh, learned counsel submits that the applicants have attempted to serve respondent No.1, but their attempts failed. He submits that it is necessary to serve respondent No.1 by substituted service sine earlier attempts are failed.

It is necessary to allow the application for substituted service against respondent No.1. Hence, the following order is passed:

The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

The applicants shall produce supporting affidavit regarding substituted service against respondent No.1 by producing copy of newspaper with the affidavit.
