The original claimants are seeking withdrawal of the compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court. 2.

The learned advocate for the claimants submits that though by the order dated 04.09.2018 this Court has granted stay to the operation and execution of the impugned award subject to the condition that the entire amount of compensation as determined by the Tribunal together with interest would be deposited, the Acquiring Body has only deposited 50 % of the amount and therefore the claimants may be allowed to withdraw the entire amount.

In view of the above state of affairs, the claimants are allowed to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body till date by furnishing an undertaking in usual terms. ( MANGESH S. PATIL, J. ) mkd 1/1
