Heard learned counsel for parties.

Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel submits that although cheque was drawn on 13-01-2018 in compliance of order dated 18-12-2017 in civil application No. 15123 of 2017, the same had been received at his end after expiry of period stipulated for deposit. He submits that period of validity of the cheque would expire in April, 2018 and requests for extension of time to deposit the amount. 3.

Mr. Mayure, learned counsel appearing for respondent-claimant has no objection for extension of period.

In view of the same, period for depositing the amount pursuant to order dated 18-12-2017, is extended upto 15-03-2018. ( SUNIL P. DESHMUKH) JUDGE MTK
