Learned advocate for the applicant refers to the difficulties being faced by the applicant in attending to court proceedings at Sangamner.

In the absence of respondent, the contentions of the applicant go uncontroverted, depicting to a large extent that the respondent has no particular objection to the transfer of proceedings as sought for under the miscellaneous civil application. 5.
