In all these matters petitioners claim to have retired in between 01.01.2006 to 26.02.2009. The petitioners seek benefit of 6th Pay Commission as per the Government Resolution dated 30.10.2009. The said issue is no longer res-integra. Even the Government has implemented the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 8985 of 2011 dated 09.05.2014 by issuing Government Resolution dated 27.12.2018.

In the light of that, we pass following order.

The respondents after confirming that the petitioners are eligible for pension and that they have retired in between 01.01.2006 to 26.02.2009, shall grant benefit of Government Resolution dated 30.10.2009 with regard to the pension. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from today.

The writ petitions accordingly stand disposed of. No costs.
