Heard both the sides. The applicants are the original claimant who have been allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited by the respondent insurance company in this Court. By way of this Civil application they are seeking that the amounts be paid to them separately as apportioned by the tribunal by separate cheques since they no longer reside together. 2.

The request is innocuous and can easily be accepted. The application is allowed. The Registrary shall pay the amount to the applicants by separate cheques.
