Learned APP points out that the petitioners have approached the Sessions Court under the revisional jurisdiction and therefore, he takes objection for the maintainability of the writ petitions. Learned Advocate for the petitioners, upon instructions, thereafter seeks withdrawal of the writ petitions, so that the petitioners can pursue the revision that has been filed before the Sessions Judge, Udgir.
