Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 4075 days which has been caused on account of their poor financial condition. The learned AGP as well as the learned counsel for Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application. 2.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicant, the delay of 4075 days in filing first appeal stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.
