Learned counsel for petitioner states that as there had been an impediment to give selection grade pay scale to petitioner, being given to Mr. Prakash Balaji Wadhai, since being no more, apparent perceived hindrance would no longer be subsisting and in such a case, the management can put up a proposal for grant of appropriate selection grade pay scale to petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 3 and 4 have no particular resistance to officer for a proposal in view of above.

It is hoped that respondents no. 3 and 4 would take appropriate steps and put up appropriate proposal within a period of four weeks from today and same be considered by concerned authorities as early as possible, preferably within a period of four

(4) months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
