Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-Union of India. Though the respondents, who are originally claimants are served, but none appeared on their behalf. The delay in fling the appeal is of 395 days. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the same has been caused on account of administrative aspect. 2.

Therefore, for the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the statutory right of the applicant, civil application stands allowed and delay of 395 days caused for challenging the judgment and award dated 15/06/2019 in MACP No.144 of 2013, is hereby condoned. Appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objection, if any.
