Heard learned advocate appearing for applicants. 2.

Applicants seek to condone delay of 161 days caused in filing appeal.

Perused the application and reasons as stated therein particularly paragraph nos.6 and 7 of the application. Applicants explain that delay is occasioned since the grandfather of the applicants was hospitalized and he was required to arrange for funds for filing the appeal as well as hospital expenses. They further explains that time is also consumed for getting legal advice from lawyers and then approaching at Aurangabad for appointing advocate. Although, applicants have not given explanation for each and every day, explanation tendered can be accepted.
