This application is filed for condonation of delay of 1213 days caused in filing this application for recalling of the order dated 05.07.2019. This Court by the said order had directed the applicants to take steps to issue notice to respondent and if no steps are taken the matter shall stand dismissed as against the respondent. The applicant could not take steps within stipulated time and thus the matter came to be dismissed as against Respondent No. 2.

Learned advocate for the applicants submits that address of Respondent No. 2, namely IFCO TOKIO General Insurance Co.Ltd., was changed, the applicants could not get the correct address in spite of several attempts. Now the address is furnished by the applicants. Considering this, the delay stands condoned.
