Review of the order dated 28-02-2018 passed by this court in frst appeal no. 1376 of 2018 has been sought contending being impelled on insistence by Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth for succession certifcate having regard to concerned rules. 2.

While the decree in terms of compromise has been passed under the order which is sought to be reviewed, which is culmination of the proceedings for succession, the insistence by university authorities appears to be pedantic. It will have to be noted that a decree drawn in frst appeal stands on a higher pedestal and insistence under the correspondence would hardly be a reason to go back on adjustment in terms of decree. Authorities shall consider the same accordingly or may take legal advice.

Having regard to this, review applicant may bring to attention of the university authorities to this position and if still there is persistence by the university and in case of reluctance to act as per compromise decree, appropriate resort may be had. 4.
