Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being legal heirs of deceased Bhimrao Dattu Dudhbhate, who is the original respondent No.1 in the appeal, by condoning the delay of 1962 days. Though the learned Counsel for the appellant Acquiring Body opposed the application, but it was the responsibility of Acquiring Body to bring these applicants on record. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
