Learned counsel for applicant refers to the reasons as contained in the civil application and submits that those would constitute sufficient cause to condone delay.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 3 to 5 does not have any particular objection for condonation of delay. 5.

Having regard to aforesaid, it would be expedient that application for condonation is granted.
