1) Learned counsel for the applicants makes statement that copy of paper publication is supplied and the period given for the respondent No.3 to appear is over. He showed to this Court copy of Lokmat news paper

2) In view of these circumstances, both the sides are heard on the application for condonation of delay. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. 3) Notice in appeal. Learned counsels for respondent Nos.2 and 4 waive notice. Public notice is allowed as against respondent No.3, made returnable on 7th June 2016. Call record and proceeding.

4) Notice to proposed legal representatives of respondent No.1 in Civil Application No.13561 of 2015 made returnable on 7th June 2016.
