Mr. Sapkal, learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that there is alternate remedy available to him.

Though, Mr. Sapkal sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same in view of the alternate remedy available to the petitioner.

We dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

The respondents may not take further action pursuant to the impugned notice for a period

(2) of 10 days, so as to enable the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

It is made clear that after lapse of 10 days, the protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
