This petition has been filed practically after 30 years raising a grievance that the petitioner should be granted all benefits of promotion, regular increments, scale of salary, pensionary benefits from the initial date of appointment which is 01.07.1993 and on the basis of her subsequent improvement in qualification w.e.f. 25.06.1997. 2.

Considering that this matter has been preferred after 29 years and 6 months with regard to the purported cause of action dated 01.07.1993 and after 25 years in relation to the improvement in qualification from 25.06.1997, we are not entertaining this petition, as a stale cause of action is being raised. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.
