1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the management has forwarded proposal to the Education Officer seeking approval to the appointment of the

WP 11336/16 & WP 11367/16 - 2 - petitioners as Shikshan Sevak. However, the said proposal is not yet decided.

2] We have heard the learned AGP for the respondent - Education Officer and the State.

3] In case the proposal is submitted by the management, the Education Officer seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners as Shikshan Sevak and if the same is pending, then the respondent - Education Officer shall decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law and preferably within a period of six months.

4] Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
