Mr.Dhongade, learned counsel for the petitioner states that steps are not being taken by the Liquidator for payment of interest amount to the petitioner. The Respondent No.3 is directed to take steps for recovery of the amount in respect of the commercial transaction.

Learned A.G.P. states that petitioner stands at serial No.5 in the priority list of creditors. The Bank is also not cooperating. The letters are issued to the Bank.

The property of the Karkhana is disposed of. After
satisfying the debts of the secured creditors if surplus remains, the same will have to be distributed as per the priority claims. 5.
Considering above, the Respondent No.3 shall take steps in this direction preferably within four (4) months. 6.
With these observations, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
