We have heard Mr. Awate, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Darak, learned Counsel for respondent No.2. 2.
The present contempt petition is filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court on 11.01.2016 in Writ Petition No.1910 of 2013 has not been complied.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for respondent that the measurement has been carried out by the respondent. According to the petitioner, no measurement is carried out in presence of the petitioner and actual area is not determined. 4.
Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that on 04.06.2018 decision has been taken on the representation of the petitioner and it has been held that excess amount is paid to the petitioner. Copy of the same is placed on record. 5.
If the petitioner is so aggrieved with the decision, the petitioner is at liberty to assail the same in accordance with law. 6.
Nothing survives for determination on merits in the contempt petition.

Contempt Petition is disposed of.
