Ghanekar, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application. He seeks liberty to apply to the concerned Court if trial is not concluded within a specified period.

Considering the quantum of sentence and considering the gravity of the allegations learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months. If trial does not get concluded within six months applicant is at liberty to move the concerned Court for regular bail. In that eventuality the learned Trial Court to consider the application on its own merits.
