Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proceedings under Section 143 of Cr.P.C before the District Magistrate at the instance of Respondent No. 2 is dismissed on 03.01.2023. With passing of final order of dismissal, the interim order has merged into the said order. Hence, the effect of interim order has come to an end.

In view of this, order dated 01st December, 2022 directing the bank not to handover actual possession of the property till further order, stands vacated.
